1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Enhance store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
6. Provide support across multiple store locations if required.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources, in collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

At least one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail setting is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
