1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to all laws and company policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Enhance store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings, new hire trainings, and continuous Beauty Advisor training.
6. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources, including exception-based reporting, in partnership with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

Minimum of 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail setting.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
