Store Loss Prevention Investigator

1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare prompt and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Heighten and maintain store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
6. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if required.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources in partnership with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum 1-year asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to stand/walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.

Minimum 1-year asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

$21.00 - $24.75/hr. Actual hourly pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
