1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and preservation of evidence.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Enhance store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
6. Provide support across multiple store locations if required.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources in collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as per state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

At least one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail setting is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
