Store Loss Prevention Investigator

1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external thefts.
2. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare prompt and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases.
5. Maintain store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
6. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if required.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources in partnership with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum 1-year asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand/walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

Minimum 1-year asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

$25.00 - $29.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
