Sephora Store Loss Prevention Investigator

- Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work across multiple store locations if necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdictions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
At least one year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment is required.
$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
