1. Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through active participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if assigned to a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

A minimum of one year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
