1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Store Shrink Plans.
3. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
6. Enhance store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if required.
8. Investigate internal theft using various resources, including exception-based reporting.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift.
3. Adherence to licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

A minimum of one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail setting is required.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
