1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness by participating in store meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
4. Prepare timely and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

A minimum of one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, with the actual hourly pay offered depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and other legitimate business factors specific to the position or location.
