1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Enhance store loss prevention awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
6. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.
7. Investigate internal theft using exception-based reporting in collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as dictated by state or local jurisdiction.

At least 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail setting is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
