Sephora Store Loss Prevention Investigator

- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
- Prepare prompt and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Heighten and maintain store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support and work in multiple store locations if required.
- Investigate internal theft using various resources, including exception-based reporting.
- Minimum 1-year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to Sephora's dress code and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
At least one year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail setting is required.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
