1. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter external theft.
2. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
5. Enhance store loss prevention awareness by participating in store meetings, new hire training, and ongoing Beauty Advisor training.
6. Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
7. Investigate internal theft using various resources in collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.

1. Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies.

At least 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment is required.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
