Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the customer experience in a specific Sephora store.
- Oversee team members in color, skincare, and fragrance departments, as well as cashiers.
- Ensure customer service and sales floor standards are met.
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve and exceed company goals.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Facilitate 'Welcome to Sephora' and 'Sephora 101' training sessions.
- Ensure team members are trained in customer interaction technologies.
- Support in-store event organization to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Provide performance management and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with brand representatives for effective product training.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and develop teams.
