- Execute and analyze operations of client experiences across all Sephora store formats.
- Support planning, execution, and optimization of client experience programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end project strategies.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance in-store client experiences, including marketing and loyalty programs.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and training materials.
- Provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between business groups and retail teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or a training environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like Smartsheet and Box.
- Strong strategic vision and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Resilience and collaborative skills.
- Ability to drive results and value unique differences.
3-5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or training environments.
The annual base salary range is $73,100.00 - $97,185.00, with potential bonuses based on qualifications and experience.
