1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to optimize store performance.
2. Monitor and communicate sales results to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and operational profitability.
4. Recruit, interview, and hire staff to meet business needs while maintaining budgetary constraints.
5. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership and business acumen.
6. Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
7. Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora's concepts and drive business growth.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions, including leadership roles.
3. High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.

3. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
4. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
5. Ability to analyze sales trends and respond appropriately.

5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.

High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.

The compensation ranges between CAD$82,200.00 - CAD$102,700.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
