Sephora Store Director

1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store performance.
2. Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to staff.
3. Manage and assess the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Achieve sales targets and operating profits while controlling expenses.
5. Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and services.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions.
8. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills.
9. Ensure a coaching culture with timely feedback and development plans for team members.
10. Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and stakeholders.
12. Make strategic merchandising decisions in line with Sephora's concepts.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions.
3. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
3. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and making informed decisions.
4. Competency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
