Sephora Store Director

1. Oversee and manage the overall client service experience, ensuring adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales plans and operating profits.
3. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager.
4. Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to staff.
5. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
6. Train, coach, and motivate department managers and leads to enhance their leadership and business skills.
7. Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
8. Make strategic merchandising decisions to grow the business.

1. Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
2. Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
3. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to maintain composure and managerial courage.

A minimum of 5+ years in senior management roles within the beauty, retail, or customer service sectors.

Compensation ranges between CAD$82,200 - $102,700.
