1. Lead and manage the store and its team in Valladolid, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Foster a customer-centric environment that enhances the shopping experience.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Drive team performance through effective coaching and development.
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail or cosmetics sectors.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and a strong results orientation.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the retail or cosmetics industry.
