1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the implementation of the company's vision within the store.
2. Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster customer loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales.
4. Define, monitor, and evaluate sales managers' objectives.
5. Drive sales growth of Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and implement corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with visual identity, merchandising, stock management, and service standards.

Significant experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
