- Serve as the ambassador of the Sephora brand, ensuring the successful implementation of corporate projects within the store.
- Lead and manage a sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering client loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and inspire the sales team, instilling a passion for sales and customer service.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate sales targets for Sales Managers.
- Drive commercial success by maximizing sales of Sephora products and services.
- Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with visual identity standards, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management processes.
- Proven managerial experience with a focus on business and customer satisfaction.
