1. Serve as the ambassador of the Sephora brand, ensuring the successful implementation of corporate projects within the store.
2. Lead and manage a sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering client loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and inspire the sales team, instilling a passion for sales and customer service.
4. Define, monitor, and evaluate sales targets for Sales Managers.
5. Drive commercial success by maximizing sales of Sephora products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with visual identity standards, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management processes.
