Sephora Store Director

- Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store performance.
- Monitor and communicate sales results to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales plans and operating profits.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff to maintain optimal store staffing levels.
- Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills.
- Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora's concepts and grow the business.
- 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions.
- Composure and managerial courage in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 5 years in a management role within the retail or service industry, with a focus on recruitment and staffing.
High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
