1. Lead overall operations of the store, including direct management of the leadership team and Beauty Advisors.
2. Manage client experience, people development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operational efficiencies, and human resource functions.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
4. Develop budget strategies to maximize store sales and profitability.
5. Oversee strategies to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences, establishing Sephora as a teaching destination in beauty.
6. Maintain a positive culture based on Sephora’s values through coaching, education, training, and performance management.

1. Three to five years of experience in a leadership role at a store with equivalent sales volume or internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop teams.
4. Leadership skills to develop, coach, and train team members.
