- Develop and implement sales forecasts and staffing plans in collaboration with the regional director to enhance store performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, communicating these to the team to ensure alignment with targets.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies, adjusting action plans as necessary.
- Achieve sales and operating profit objectives while controlling expenses.
- Design strategies to boost business activities, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all store positions as needed.
- Oversee training, mentoring, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance their leadership and business skills.
- Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for achievements and constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.
- Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate inventory-related issues to the district manager and key stakeholders.
- Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions in line with Sephora's concepts to drive business growth.
- 5 years of management experience in retail or service sectors.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and hiring across all store levels, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate courage in management situations.
- Capacity to analyze sales trends and respond appropriately.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
