- Develop and manage store sales forecasts and staffing plans in collaboration with the regional director to enhance store performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate these to the team.
- Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting action plans as necessary.
- Achieve store sales and operating profit targets while controlling expenses.
- Design strategies to boost business activities, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to budgetary goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
- Ensure training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance their leadership and business skills.
- Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for achievements and feedback on improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.
- Conduct timely inventory audits and maintain inventory records.
- Communicate inventory-related issues to the district manager and key stakeholders.
- Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions in alignment with Sephora's concepts to grow the business.
- 5 years of management experience in retail or service sectors.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and demonstrate courage in management situations.
- Capability to analyze sales trends and respond appropriately.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

A minimum of 5 years in a management role within the retail or service industry is required.
