Sephora Store Director

- Manage client service, people development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operational, and human resource functions of the store.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture.
- Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
- Monitor sales results and communicate to staff.
- Develop strategies to grow the business.
- Maintain optimum store staffing levels.
- Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions.
- Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
- Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
- Make strategic merchandising decisions.
- 5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring.
- High School graduate or equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective time management

- Ability to analyze sales trends
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
