Sephora Store Director

1. Manage client service, people development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operational, and human resource functions of the store.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture.
3. Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results.
4. Monitor sales results and communicate to staff.
5. Develop strategies to grow the business.
6. Maintain optimum store staffing levels.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions.
8. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
9. Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
10. Make strategic merchandising decisions.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
2. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring.
3. High School graduate or equivalent; College degree preferred.
4. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
