- Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to optimize store performance.
- Monitor and communicate sales results to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Achieve sales targets and operating profits while controlling expenses.
- Develop strategies to enhance business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences within budgetary constraints.
- Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions based on business needs.
- Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop leadership and business skills.
- Ensure a culture of coaching with timely feedback and quarterly development meetings for all team members.
- Conduct timely inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
- Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
- Make strategic merchandising decisions in line with Sephora’s concepts to drive business growth.
- 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and making informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

A minimum of 5 years in a management role within the retail or service industry.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
