1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to optimize store performance.
2. Monitor and communicate sales results to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Achieve sales targets and operating profits while controlling expenses.
5. Develop strategies to enhance business growth, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences within budgetary constraints.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions based on business needs.
8. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop leadership and business skills.
9. Ensure a culture of coaching with timely feedback and quarterly development meetings for all team members.
10. Conduct timely inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
12. Make strategic merchandising decisions in line with Sephora’s concepts to drive business growth.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions, including leadership roles.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
5. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and making informed decisions.
6. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
