Sephora Store Director

1. Manage customer service, team development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources within the store.
2. Establish sales and staffing forecasts with the regional director to enhance store performance.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate these to the team.
4. Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting action plans as needed.
5. Achieve sales and operating profit objectives while controlling expenses.
6. Develop strategies to increase business activities through customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
7. Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to budgetary objectives.
8. Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
9. Ensure training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance their leadership and business skills.
10. Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for successes and feedback on improvement opportunities.
11. Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.

Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or beauty sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
