1. Establish sales and staffing forecasts in collaboration with the Regional Director to enhance store performance.
2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate these to the team.
3. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting action plans as necessary.
4. Achieve store sales and operating profit targets while controlling expenses.
5. Develop strategies to boost business activities through customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences within budgetary constraints.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
8. Ensure training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance their leadership and business skills.
9. Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for successes and feedback on improvement opportunities.
10. Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
