3. Establish sales and staffing forecasts to improve results and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales updates.
4. Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling costs and adjusting business strategies as needed.
5. Drive store activities through customer loyalty programs, events, and services.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
7. Lead recruitment and hiring processes as necessary.
8. Train, coach, and delegate to leaders to develop their skills and foster a culture of recognition and continuous feedback.
9. Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and report stock issues.
10. Make strategic decisions respecting Sephora's concepts.

1. 5+ years of management experience in beauty, retail, or service industries.
2. Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and a passion for training and coaching.
3. Experience in recruitment across all store levels.
4. Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Windows/Excel/Word.
5. Ability to remain calm and conduct difficult conversations.
6. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and meet objectives.
