Sephora Store Director

- Oversee and manage the overall customer service experience, staff development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources within the store.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing store profitability in line with company objectives and policies.
- Establish sales and staffing forecasts to improve results and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales updates.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling costs and adjusting business strategies as needed.
- Drive store activities through customer loyalty programs, events, and services.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes as necessary.
- Train, coach, and delegate to leaders to develop their skills and foster a culture of recognition and continuous feedback.
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and report stock issues.
- Make strategic decisions respecting Sephora's concepts.
- 5+ years of management experience in beauty, retail, or service industries.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and a passion for training and coaching.
- Experience in recruitment across all store levels.
- Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Windows/Excel/Word.
- Ability to remain calm and conduct difficult conversations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and meet objectives.
