1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor and communicate sales performance to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Manage the effectiveness of business strategies and adjust plans as necessary to achieve sales and profit targets.
4. Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
5. Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
6. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions based on business needs.
7. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership and business skills.
8. Ensure a culture of coaching with timely recognition of successes and constructive feedback.
9. Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
10. Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and stakeholders.
11. Make strategic merchandising decisions in line with Sephora’s concepts to drive business growth.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions, including leadership roles.

1. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
3. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and responding appropriately.
4. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
