Sephora Store Director

1. Develop and manage store budgets and business results, collaborating with the regional director to enhance store performance.
2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, communicating these to the team.
3. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting action plans as needed.
4. Achieve sales and operating profit targets while controlling expenses.
5. Design strategies to boost commercial activities, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to budgetary goals.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
8. Oversee training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to develop leadership and business skills.
9. Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for achievements and constructive feedback for improvement.
10. Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
