1. Lead and manage the store and its team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

4. Drive store performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience managing teams in a retail or cosmetics environment.
2. Proven track record in KPI management and results orientation.
3. High proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.
