1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to staff.
3. Manage and assess the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Achieve sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
5. Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and services.
6. Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional client experiences.
7. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions as per business needs.
8. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills.
9. Ensure a coaching culture with timely feedback and recognition of successes.
10. Conduct timely inventories and maintain updated inventory records.
11. Communicate inventory issues to the District Manager and key stakeholders.
12. Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora’s concepts.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
5. Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and reacting appropriately.

1. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
