Sephora Store Director

- Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store performance.
- Monitor and communicate sales results to staff, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales plans and operating profit goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership and business skills.
- Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records, addressing any issues with the District Manager.
- Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora’s concepts and drive business growth.
- 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate managerial courage.
- Capability to analyze sales trends and respond appropriately.
5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.
