1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store performance.
2. Monitor and communicate sales results to staff, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales plans and operating profit goals.
3. Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, and product knowledge.
4. Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences, adhering to budgetary constraints.
5. Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
6. Train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership and business skills.
7. Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records, addressing any issues with the District Manager.
8. Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora’s concepts and drive business growth.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is preferred.
5. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
