Sephora Store Director

- Oversee and manage the overall client service experience, ensuring adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve store sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
- Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store results.
- Monitor sales results and communicate with staff to ensure targets are met.
- Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions, ensuring optimum staffing levels.
- Train, coach, and motivate department managers and leads to develop their leadership and business skills.
- Conduct inventories and maintain updated inventory records, addressing any issues with key stakeholders.
- Make strategic merchandising decisions to grow the business in alignment with Sephora’s concepts.
- Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Proven track record of coaching high-performing teams and a passion for training and development.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends and react appropriately.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain composure and possess strong managerial courage.
