- Lead overall store operations, including management of leadership team and Beauty Advisors.
- Oversee client experience, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.
- Develop and implement budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure alignment of staffing plans with business trends and adjust payroll accordingly.
- Foster a positive store culture through coaching, education, and performance management.
- Create and execute strategies for in-store experiences, including Beauty Studio services and events.
- Three to five years of leadership experience in a store with equivalent sales volume or internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
