- Act as an ambassador for Sephora and ensure the implementation of the company's project within the store.
- Lead and manage a sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences and foster customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team to excel in sales.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
- Drive sales growth of Sephora products and services.
- Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators and implement corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with processes related to visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management.
- Proven managerial experience.

Managerial experience in a retail environment is required.
