1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the implementation of Sephora's corporate vision within the store.
2. Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster client loyalty.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales.
4. Define, monitor, and assess the objectives of Sales Managers.
5. Drive sales growth of Sephora's products and services.
6. Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR metrics, and implement corrective and innovative action plans.
7. Ensure adherence to visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management standards.

1. Proven experience as a manager with a strong business and customer satisfaction orientation.
