1. Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Coordinate with regional management to align store objectives with broader company goals.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in sales analysis and KPI management.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
