1. Forecast sales and payroll in collaboration with the District Manager to drive store results.
2. Monitor and communicate sales performance to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales plans and operating profits.
4. Recruit, interview, and hire staff to meet business needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.
5. Train, coach, and supervise Assistant Managers and Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills.
6. Conduct timely inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
7. Make strategic merchandising decisions to align with Sephora's business objectives.

1. 5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Experience in recruiting, staffing, and hiring for all store positions.
3. High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
4. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication abilities.
3. Ability to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions.
4. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

5 years of management experience in the retail or service industry.

High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
