1. Lead and manage the store and its team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Develop and execute action plans to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Foster a customer-centric environment that delivers exceptional service and personalized experiences.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure the store's visual merchandising meets brand standards.
5. Cultivate a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages team development and growth.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in managing KPIs and sales targets.
3. Experience in the retail or cosmetics sector.
4. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.
