1. Lead and manage the store and its team, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
2. Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to enhance store results.
3. Foster a customer-centric environment that enhances the shopping experience.
4. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Sephora's brand standards.
5. Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures.
6. Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
7. Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective team management and development.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
3. Experience in managing KPIs and a results-oriented approach.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
4. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
