1. Manage projects and develop feasibility studies, creating optimal plan layouts in high volumes.
2. Organize and collaborate with internal Sephora and external Kohl’s business partners through various project phases.
3. Understand, maintain, and help build schedules while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
4. Create plans and support store optimization retrofit fixture rollouts for existing shop-in-shop stores.
5. Provide design support, develop design standards, and advise on criteria and specific site conditions.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail architecture, retail design, architectural firms, or similar fields.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
3. Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Box, and Google Drive.
4. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
5. General knowledge of retail industry standards, architectural building & ADA codes, fixture design, and merchandise requirements.

4. High level of initiative and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to make sense of complex information and solve problems effectively.

3-5 years in retail architecture or design, with proficiency in relevant software and project management tools.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
