1. Lead the design and development of new and existing retail store projects, ensuring alignment with Sephora's brand standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Retail Operations, and Merchandising, to develop project scopes and ensure successful execution.
3. Manage external consultants, architects, and engineers to maintain project schedules and accuracy of documentation for permitting and construction.
4. Oversee the design process from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and timeline.
5. Facilitate communication between consultants and construction managers to address field conditions and project changes promptly.
6. Ensure all design documents meet Sephora's standards and are updated throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Act as the primary liaison with tenant coordinators and partners to expedite permit and landlord approvals.
8. Contribute innovative ideas and industry insights to enhance the design and functionality of Sephora stores.

1. Five to seven years of experience in Retail Architecture or Retail Design.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
3. Experience with computer visualization tools such as SketchUp and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

1. Architectural design proficiency, including floor plans and elevations.
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Technical proficiency in design and CAD software.
4. Budget management capabilities.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Collaborative problem-solving skills.

Five to seven years of experience in Retail Architecture, Retail Design, or a similar field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
