1. Lead and manage one of the store's departments, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
3. Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
4. Collaborate with the store manager to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
5. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.
