1. Assist in managing store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
3. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

4. Ability to inspire and develop team members.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
