Sephora Store Assistant Manager

- Assist in managing store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and KPI management.
- Ability to inspire and develop team members.
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
