1. Lead and manage one of the store's departments, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of KPIs.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store results.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

3. Excellent customer service orientation.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

At least one year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics.
