1. Lead and manage one of the store departments, ensuring alignment with overall store KPIs.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
4. Collaborate with store management to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven ability to manage sales KPIs.
3. Experience in the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
