1. Oversee store processes and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's cultural and conceptual standards, maximizing profitability.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing clear verbal instructions and guidance.
4. Operate cash register as needed, ensuring accurate transactions.
5. Maintain physical organization and proactivity in store operations.
6. Uphold dress code standards and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

1. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Experience with merchandise receiving systems is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.

Previous experience in administrative or stock roles is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
