Sephora Store Administration Supervisor

- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, test items, and samples.
- Ensure fire hydrants are within expiration dates.
- Communicate stock issues and critical points to relevant departments.
- Assist in stage and backstage prevention.
- Support administrative processes including hiring, termination, vacation scheduling, timekeeping, benefits, and occupational health.
- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to manage KPIs effectively.
Previous experience in leadership roles within a retail or similar environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or currently pursuing.
