Sephora Stockroom Manager

1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions as needed.
6. Train and educate the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns pick-up.

1. Willingness to work a 38-hour rotating roster to support store needs.
2. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, for data interpretation and reporting.
4. Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.

Minimum of 3 years in retail stock management or a related field.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend and public holiday loading.
