Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Drive scheduled cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions as needed.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
- Process and replenish incoming stock, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
- Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.
- Willingness to work a 38-hour rotating roster to support store needs.
- Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, for data interpretation and reporting.
- Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Effective communication and team training abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer service orientation and experiential retail focus.
Previous experience in retail stock management, with expertise in cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
