Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Drive scheduled cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
- Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
- Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.
- Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
- Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong team culture.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Previous experience in retail stock management, including managing profit & loss of stock levels and sales forecasting.
$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
